There are so many things that can be included in nutrition, but if you do not eat a healthy balanced diet, then it will affect your body, mind and well-being.
It’s all about getting a good balance of nutrition to sustain the type of lifestyle you have. So if you are not that active, then you probably don’t need as much food as you are consuming. If you have a very busy, active lifestyle, then you need to consume the right foods to energise you.

I am sure we all eat badly sometimes, but it takes time to break habits. Making changes and working towards a sustainable diet, that is healthy majority of the time.
You can change your taste buds over time, so if you introduce new foods, it does take a while to like and accept new flavours or foods.. Trust me I have tried and there used to be so many foods I did not like, but I slowly introduced more fruit and vegetables and now I eat a whole range. Even going from not eating anything spicy or hot and now I love spicy foods.
