This is me when I was at a music festival. I am creative, outgoing and love fitness, health and well being.

Whilst working in the Events and Food Industries I studied Nutrition as I had a particular interest in the subject. Especially as I love food and had a never ending list of ailments when eating food.

I worked in the food industry for over 12 years, so have picked up a lot of knowledge and have had hands on experience.

I eat mainly a Vegetarian diet, so wanted to ensure I was getting enough nutrients in my diet and solve the stomach problems. I have become over time Lactose Intolerant and seem to only tolerate a little Gluten as well, so need to regularly eat a balanced diet, with a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.

After living in Australia for 9 years, I became a lover of fish, as there was so much choice. So now I am a Pescatarian, with mainly a Vegan based diet!

As I have suffered from food intolerances and have met so many people with similar problems, or issues that seem to relate to eating badly, I wanted to start cooking and learning about food, so that I can help myself and now help others. I have met so many people with either the same problems, or other problems that having started reading about the ailments, reduce if you have a healthy diet, such as IBS, Anaemia, Fatigue and Depression.

I believe most ailments in the modern world can be overcome, or at least minimised, with a healthy and balanced diet, as well as regular exercise and relaxation.

I am no expert in the field, but I have learnt over time about different things that work for me, so hopefully they will work for you too.
