Staying Active

I think it is important to keep mind, body and soul in alignment, which in turn then has a positive impact, helping solve a lot of ailments. For me, that involves regular exercise, constant healthy eating, relaxation, which involves yoga, meditation, reading, music and creative projects. I find creativity is a massive thing for me, I do it in some form every day, whether it be taking pictures, painting, crafts or cooking, it is a must. Also the social aspect, so keeping in contact with friends, doing different things and getting out into nature. A good walk every day, even for 30 minutes, clears the mind, gets you active and re-energises you.

I love to cook, bake, paint and create, as well as train and look after my body, mind and soul. I get out to nature all of the time and do anything that makes me feel energised.
